For the past thirteen years, I’ve been building luxury brands, helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses, and working behind the scenes with stylists to create something truly special inside the hair industry.
But if you ask me what I really am?

A Small Town Dreamer
I didn’t grow up in the beauty industry, and I definitely didn’t grow up around entrepreneurship.
In fact, my story started in a pretty humble place.
I grew up in a small town and watched my family work incredibly hard just to make ends meet. From a young age, I learned the value of hustle, creativity, and finding ways to create opportunities when none seemed to exist.
Long before Pretty Doll Beauty ever existed, I was already experimenting with little business ideas — selling things, hosting events, and dreaming about the kind of life I wanted to build someday.
Even back then, one thing was always clear to me:
I wanted to help women make money.
The Moment Everything Changed
Years later, after building a successful career in medical sales, I found myself in a moment that completely changed the direction of my life.
I was floating in a pool on a pink flamingo when I called my mom and told her something that had been on my heart for a long time.
I said:
"I think I'm supposed to help women make money."
Not just run businesses.
Not just build brands.
But truly create financial freedom through entrepreneurship.
That moment eventually led me to leave my corporate career and start building the business that would later become POSH PR®, and eventually Pretty Doll Beauty.
The Secret Weapon Behind Stylists
Over the years, I began working closely with hairstylists and salon owners — and I quickly realized something… The women behind the chair are some of the most talented, hardest-working entrepreneurs I’ve ever met.
But they’re often forced to navigate the business side of the industry alone.
They’re artists. But they’re also CEOs, marketers, sales professionals, and brand builders — usually without the support they deserve.
Pretty Doll Beauty was built to change that.
Today, my role isn’t just supplying hair. It’s helping stylists:
• build stronger brands
• increase their pricing power
• create more profitable services
• and grow businesses they’re truly proud of.
Sometimes that means being your hair supplier. Sometimes it means being your business strategist. And sometimes it means becoming your secret weapon behind the scenes.
And sometimes… it means something even bigger…
For the Dolls building their own hair brands through Pink Label, I often become more than a supplier — I become a true partner behind the scenes, helping fund, develop, and bring their vision to life.
